Platform Notes & Guidelines

Please read these important notes before using The Mini Port

For Free Sellers

Free Plan Limitations:

  • Maximum 3 active product listings.
  • Upload limit of 4 images per product.
  • Hidden Contact Details: Buyers cannot see your phone/email directly; they must send an inquiry.
  • Standard support via email only.

Upgrade anytime to remove these limits!

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

  • Platform Range: Sellers can set MOQs between 10 and 250 units unless otherwise negotiated.
  • Bulk Discounts: Many sellers offer tiered pricing for larger orders.
  • Filter: Use the "Low MOQ" filter to find suppliers willing to accept smaller orders.
KYC Verification

KYC Verification Process:

  • Why Verify? Earn the Verified badge, unlock higher transaction limits, and gain 3x more visibility.
  • Documents Needed: GST Certificate (for India), Business Registration, or PAN Card.

   Approval Time: Usually processed within 24-48 business hours.

  •   Note : verified seller  (badge) - for business verification purposes only ( documents checked for platform trust ).

     Not goverment verification. buyer should still verify before any order or transaction.

Payment Policy

Secure Payments:

  • Gateways: We securely process payments via Razorpay (INR) and PayPal (International).
  • Taxes: All INR transactions are subject to 18% GST. Invoices are automatically generated.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • recently no escrow facility on website. we are only buyer seller contact bridge.
