6. Transactions
The Mini Port acts as a platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the completion or outcome of any transaction.
7. Fees and Payments
Certain services on the Platform may be subject to fees. Fee structures will be clearly communicated before purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
